Wedding live streaming in Maitland
Maitland weddings tend to use the heritage churches through Central and East Maitland and Morpeth, then move to a reception elsewhere, often out into the wine country.
What makes Maitland different
Nineteenth-century sandstone churches are the hardest indoor rooms to stream from. Thick walls cut mobile signal, most have no guest wifi at all, and the acoustics that make them beautiful to sit in make them difficult to record: a camera microphone at the back of a stone nave picks up reverberation rather than vows. We take audio from the celebrant directly and run the stream on our own satellite connection, so neither the walls nor the absence of a network matters.
We cover Central Maitland, East Maitland, Rutherford, Telarah, Lorn, Bolwarra, Morpeth, Thornton, Metford, Ashtonfield, Tenambit, Largs, Lochinvar and the rest of the Maitland local government area. There is no travel surcharge anywhere in that area.

What we bring to every job
Starlink on every job
The stream runs on our own satellite connection, not the venue's wifi and not a mobile hotspot. Chapels, cemeteries, gardens and vineyards are exactly the places where reception fails, and we have removed that from the list of things you need to worry about.
The recording is guaranteed
We record locally on redundant media at the same time as we stream. If the internet drops, if the power goes out, if a viewer's connection fails, the recording is still made and you still receive it.
Blackmagic Design broadcast kit
Real cameras and a vision switcher, cut live between angles, with audio taken from the celebrant or the venue's own system. Not a phone on a tripod at the back of the room.
Quiet, and quick to book
We set up early, stay out of the way and pack down without interrupting anything. Funerals can be booked at a few days' notice, and the recording comes back to you quickly.
Common questions
Do you charge extra to travel to Maitland?
No. There is no travel surcharge anywhere in our service area.
Our venue has terrible reception. Is that a problem?
No, and it is the main reason couples call us. We bring our own Starlink satellite connection, so your ceremony stream never touches venue wifi or mobile data.
How do our guests watch?
One link, sent by you, opened on a phone, laptop or TV. No app and no account.
Do we get a recording as well as the live stream?
Yes. We record locally throughout, so you get the full ceremony even if something interrupts the live stream.
How far ahead should we book?
For Saturdays between September and April, as early as you can. Weekdays and off-peak dates are usually available at shorter notice.
Packages, pricing and what happens on the day are all on our main wedding live streaming page.
