How our pricing works
Every price is based on how long we're with you, plus what you want delivered. Setup and pack down are included, and the minimum booking is 2 hours.
Videography
One camera operator with a roaming camera and audio, plus the edit you choose. A 2 hour party with a highlights film starts at about $1,050. Add a second camera, a second shooter, photos or a live stream on the day.
Music videos
Two packages, each including filming, the edited music video and up to 15 high quality photos for your EPK, thumbnails and promo: a half day of 3 hours at one location for $900, or a full day of 7 hours across more than one location for $1,950. See our recent music videos.
Live streaming
A private link for people who can't be there, plus the recording, on our own Starlink internet. Funeral packages start at $600 and wedding live streaming at $850. School events and conferences are quoted separately.
Photography
A photographer at your event, workplace or business, with edited photos by download link. 2 hours starts at about $600.
Common questions
Is the estimate a fixed price?
No. It is an estimate based on the hours and options you choose. Josh confirms the final price within one business day, and it only changes if the plans change.
Do you charge for travel?
No travel charge anywhere in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens or the Central Coast. Further afield, travel is added when your price is confirmed.
How do I book?
A 30% deposit by bank transfer holds your date. The rest is due before the event. We don't accept cheques or payments from anyone other than the person booking.
How long until I get my video or photos?
Within 10 business days, by private download link. Rush delivery within 3 business days is available.
Do you charge GST?
No. Hunter Digital Media is not registered for GST, so no GST is added.
