Streaming and photography from one visit
Most schools book two suppliers for a presentation night: someone to stream it and someone to photograph it. We do both on the same visit, which means one point of contact, one set of paperwork, and one crew in the hall rather than two sets of people working around each other.
The stream is broadcast quality, cut live between cameras, with audio taken from the hall's own sound system so speeches and student performances are actually audible. The photographs come back ready for the newsletter, the yearbook and the school's social media.
Nothing needed from your IT team
We do not use the school network. Our Starlink connection means no firewall exceptions, no bandwidth pulled away from classrooms mid-event, and no scramble on the day when the guest wifi will not carry video. Streams can be locked to your school community rather than published publicly.

We hold a current NSW Working With Children Check and public liability insurance. Numbers and certificates are provided on request, before the booking, so your office has them on file ahead of the day.

Starlink on every job
The stream runs on our own satellite connection, not the venue's wifi and not a mobile hotspot. Chapels, cemeteries, gardens and vineyards are exactly the places where reception fails, and we have removed that from the list of things you need to worry about.
The recording is guaranteed
We record locally on redundant media at the same time as we stream. If the internet drops, if the power goes out, if a viewer's connection fails, the recording is still made and you still receive it.

Real cameras and a vision switcher, cut live between angles, with audio taken from the celebrant or the venue's own system. Not a phone on a tripod at the back of the room.

We set up early, stay out of the way and pack down without interrupting anything. Funerals can be booked at a few days' notice, and the recording comes back to you quickly.

Do you need to use the school's network?
No, and schools are usually relieved to hear it. We bring our own Starlink connection, so there is no firewall exception to request, no bandwidth taken from classrooms during the event, and nothing for your IT support to arrange.
Can the stream be kept private to our school community?
Yes. Streams can be unlisted or password protected and shared only with the families you choose. Nothing goes public unless the school asks for it.
What events do you cover?
Graduations, presentation nights, assemblies, performances, sports carnivals and school announcements. If parents would otherwise miss it, it is worth streaming.
Do you photograph as well as stream?
Yes. We shoot stills on the same visit, so you get photographs for the newsletter, the yearbook and the school's social media without booking a second supplier or having two crews in the hall.
What happens if the stream drops mid-ceremony?
We record locally the whole time, on redundant media. If anything interrupts the stream, the recording is unaffected and you still have the full event to share with families afterwards.
Will it disrupt the event?
No. We set up before students arrive, work from fixed positions and do not move around during the event. Staff running the event do not need to do anything on the day.
