What we bring
Blackmagic Design cameras and a vision switcher, so the stream cuts between the presenter, the slides and the room rather than sitting on one static angle. Audio taken from the venue's sound system or from our own microphones. Remote presenters mixed in live where you need them.
And our own satellite connection, which for corporate work is usually the deciding factor: no firewall exception to request, no ticket with the venue's AV contractor, and no shared guest wifi collapsing the moment the delegates arrive.

Conference streaming questions
Do you need our office or venue internet?
No. We bring our own Starlink connection, so there is nothing to arrange with your IT team and no risk of the venue's guest network buckling when the room fills up.
Can you stream to a private audience only?
Yes. Streams can be unlisted, password protected or restricted to a registered list.
Do we get a recording?
Yes, recorded locally throughout on redundant media, so it survives any interruption to the live stream.
Can you handle presenters joining remotely?
Yes. Remote presenters can be brought into the live vision mix alongside the people in the room.
