Live streaming for funerals, weddings and schools across Newcastle and the Hunter
We bring broadcast cameras, a vision switcher and our own Starlink connection to chapels, churches, vineyards and school halls across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens and the Central Coast. The people who cannot be in the room see it properly, and you get the recording either way.

Starlink on every job
The stream runs on our own satellite connection, not the venue's wifi and not a mobile hotspot. Chapels, cemeteries, gardens and vineyards are exactly the places where reception fails, and we have removed that from the list of things you need to worry about.
The recording is guaranteed
We record locally on redundant media at the same time as we stream. If the internet drops, if the power goes out, if a viewer's connection fails, the recording is still made and you still receive it.

Real cameras and a vision switcher, cut live between angles, with audio taken from the celebrant or the venue's own system. Not a phone on a tripod at the back of the room.
Quiet, and quick to book
We set up early, stay out of the way and pack down without interrupting anything. Funerals can be booked at a few days' notice, and the recording comes back to you quickly.
Funeral live streaming
A live stream lets family who are interstate, overseas, in hospital or simply not well enough to travel be part of the service as it happens. We set up quietly before anyone arrives, take audio from the celebrant so every word is clear, and hand back a recording afterwards.
Short notice is normal in this work. If the service is in a few days, call and we will tell you straight away whether we can be there.

Hunter Valley wine country is beautiful and its mobile coverage is not. Telstra services across Pokolbin and Rothbury went down twice in July 2026 alone, and Cessnock Council is publicly lobbying about coverage blackspots in the shire. We do not use venue wifi, so none of that reaches your ceremony.
Multi-camera, cut live, with the celebrant miked so your vows are actually audible to the people watching from overseas.

Graduations, assemblies, presentation nights and performances, streamed for the parents who cannot get there and photographed on the same visit. We have worked with Hunter Sports High, Swansea High, Morisset High School, Morisset Public, Pelican Flat Public and Blacksmiths Public, among others.
Streams can be kept private to your school community rather than published publicly.
