Real cover slide made for Movement Improvement Clinic Real cover slide made for Michael West Media Sample cover slide for a wedding business: From the first look to the first dance, how we help organise your wedding day

Slides made for Michael West Media and Movement Improvement Clinic, with a sample for a wedding business in the middle.

What it is

A Telegram bot that turns the photos and articles you already have into on-brand posts. A person on your team approves every post.

Diagram: your photo library goes to your own Telegram bot, which makes slides in your brand, a person approves, then it posts to Instagram and Facebook.

How it works

Three taps from photo to post.

  1. Telegram screenshot: the Michael West Media slide bot lists what you can send it, such as a link for a headline slide, an X post for a tweet card, an article link for a carousel, or any text for slides.Michael West Media bot

    Send it

Send your Telegram bot a photo and a line of text, an article link, or a pick from your photo library.

  2. A finished story card made by the clinic bot: a clinic osteopath stretching his hamstring on the gym floor, with the label Hot tip, the headline Hamstrings still tight after deadlifts, a line of advice and the MIC logo.Clinic story card made by the bot

    Check it

Slides come back in your colours, fonts and logo. Change any word, swap a photo, or ask for a rewrite.

  3. Telegram screenshot: the clinic bot says nothing posts until it is approved and approved stories go out at 9am on the day. Below it are buttons: Approve all, and for each day Wed to Sun a button to swap, change the photo, edit or skip.Clinic bot

    Tap post

Tap approve, or post or schedule it yourself. Nothing goes out until one of the staff you have named approves it.

Movement Improvement Clinic: photos and a line in, a branded carousel out

Cover slide: what an assessment actually involves, with a photo of the clinic's osteopath. Myth slide: sitting up straight fixes back pain, with the explanation highlighted. Service spotlight slide: remedial massage, over a clinic photo. End card with the clinic logo, its tagline, web address and a QR code to book.

In the clinic's own colours, fonts and photos.

Michael West Media: a full 10 slide carousel from one story

Cover slide: Musicians play for the pokies, and pay their own super. A large zero dollars shows super from the venue. Slide 2: Venues are getting around their super obligations, with a quote from the Australian Live Music Business Council. Slide 3: Two clubs put it in writing, with a cropped email and the deadline of 30 September 2026. Slide 4: A timeline from 1992 to 30 September 2026 showing the law is 34 years old and the 7-day clock is new, with a statistic that 82 percent of musicians have never been paid super for a gig. Slide 5: A comparison chart of the same gig with and without super from the venue, showing about 242 dollars in hand against about 209 dollars. Slide 6: A bar chart showing the bill lands on the musician, about 1,500 dollars a year in company costs plus about 3,600 dollars of super no longer paid. Slide 7: The same two clubs get a discount for booking live music: 80 percent off liquor licence fees and up to 2 hours extra trading. Slide 8: A doughnut chart: 405 of 682 venues with the discount have poker machines, with the licence fees and machine counts alongside. Slide 9: Performers are named for the discount but not booked by name, with a quote from the rules and the clubs' reply. End slide: Nobody added money to the gig, with a card linking to the full West Report episode on YouTube and a byline for Josh Barnett.

One story, ten slides, with quotes, a timeline, charts and sources. Made by our slides bot and checked by a person.

A sample for a wedding business

Sample slide 1: a wedding couple walk back down the aisle as guests throw confetti, with the words From the first look to the first dance and, in smaller text, how we help organise your wedding day, with the brand Your Venue. Sample slide 2: the bride smiling down at her bouquet while guests behind her cheer, with the words Every guest on their feet. Sample slide 3: a list of three things a venue checks for a garden ceremony: shade for the guests, a wet weather plan, and sound for the vows. Sample slide 4: a close photo of the groom smiling, with the words Just married, and grinning about it. Sample slide 5: a call-to-action slide reading Planning your wedding, with an Enquire today button and a made-up web address and phone number.

Sample only: a made-up venue, to show how a wedding business's slides could look. Not a client post.

Who it is for

Wedding businesses

Venues, celebrants, florists, planners and photographers with lots of content and no marketing team.

Venues

Years of event photos and footage, posted once.

Cafes and restaurants

Dishes, specials, the room and the team.

Gyms

Classes, trainers and member wins.

Clinics

Team, rooms and news.

Schools

Sports days, concerts, excursions and newsletters.

Works best if you post weekly and have one or two people to approve.

Your photo library keeps growing, and it is easy to use

Your photos live in Immich, a photo app like Google Photos that runs on a computer in your office. If you can use the photos app on your phone, you can use Immich. You keep adding photos, and you do not need us each time.

  • Add photos

Tap Upload on a phone or computer. Anyone you give a login to can add photos.

  • Find them by typing

Type what you want, like "red car" or "sports day". Immich searches the pictures themselves, and can group them by person and place.

  • Post from it

Pick a photo from the library in your Telegram bot. The slides come back in your brand.

Your library stays on a computer in your office, not someone else's server. Only the posts you approve are published. Photos you send or preview in Telegram pass through Telegram.

Questions

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. If your staff can send a message on their phone, they can run it. We train your staff in about 30 minutes and leave you a one-page guide.

Will anything post without us approving it?

No. Every post waits for one of your named staff to approve it. Before that you can change any word, swap a photo or ask for a rewrite, and post now or schedule it.

Where do our photos go?

With the complete build, the system and your photo library sit in your office. Photos you send or preview in Telegram pass through Telegram, and approved posts are published to Instagram and Facebook. If we host it, the system runs on our hardware. Ask us exactly what goes where before you sign.

What does it cost?

Complete build: $2,000 plus the retail price of a Mac mini or equivalent PC, with no monthly fee. Hosted by us: $1,500 setup plus $150 a month, including 2 hours of consulting. Extra help is $110 an hour. Prices are in AUD and exclude GST.

What if Instagram or Facebook change their rules?

The bot runs on its own, but Instagram and Facebook change their rules a few times a year. If a connection breaks, posting pauses until it is fixed. On the complete build that help is $110 an hour. If we host it, your 2 monthly consulting hours cover it.

Can it make posts from video?

Photos and article links are the core. Video can be added as a quoted extra.

How do we get started?

Call or text 0423 914 674 for a 30 minute chat. We look at what content you have, who would approve posts and which option suits you, then send a quote.
