How our pricing works
Most prices are based on how long we're with you, plus what you want delivered. Setup and pack down are included, and the minimum booking is 2 hours. Music, wedding and funeral packages are set prices.
Videography
A camera operator who moves with the action and records clear sound, plus the edit you choose. A 2 hour party with a highlights film starts at about $1,050. Add photography, a live stream, a multi camera shoot or an additional shooter on the day.
Music videos
Two packages. A half day ($900) is 3 hours of filming at one location, plus an hour to set up and pack down, and includes the edited music video, 1 social media short and up to 15 photos. A full day ($1,950) is 5 hours of filming across more than one location, plus an hour to set up and pack down, and adds a second social media short and behind the scenes photos. Live streaming
A private link for people who can't be there, plus the recording, on our own Starlink internet. Funeral packages start at $600 and wedding live streaming at $850. School events and conferences are quoted separately.
Photography
A photographer at your event, workplace or business, with an edited gallery by download link. 2 hours starts at about $600. Raw photos can be added.
Common questions
Is the estimate a fixed price?
No. It is an estimate based on the hours and options you choose. We confirm the final price within one business day, and it only changes if the plans change.
Do you charge for travel?
No travel charge anywhere in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens or the Central Coast. Further afield, travel is added when your price is confirmed.
How do I book?
A 30% deposit by bank transfer holds your date. The rest is due before the event. We don't accept cheques or payments from anyone other than the person booking.
How long until I get my video or photos?
Within 14 business days, by private download link.
Do you charge GST?
No. Hunter Digital Media is not registered for GST, so no GST is added.
